Advance Payment
To confirm an order, a non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total order value is required. This advance payment ensures the commencement of the artwork creation process and covers initial materials and resources. Orders will not be initiated until the advance payment is received.

Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the shipment of the finished artwork. Once your artwork is completed, we will notify you, and the balance payment should be completed promptly to avoid any delays in shipment. Failure to complete the balance payment in a timely manner may result in a delay or cancellation of the order.
